How to Improve Your State of Mind
Step 5: Enjoy Life and Look Forward!

This is your destination!
This is the final step. And the longest! You have an entire life ahead of you of being happy and content with your existence.
Once you get over those little problematic setbacks, it’s time to do a little future planning. Nothing is better at preventing you to fall back into your old habits than a clear purpose! One that you are absolutely enthusiastic about! By previously identifying what your life lacked for you to be absolutely satisfied, you have a basis to rely one when choosing your future path. The point is to have a complete sense of gratification, so try not to get off-track again!
So in the end, what makes you tick? Is it helping others? Taking care of your loved ones? Design a 5 star hotel? Or maybe own a restaurant?
Start working on small tasks that are meant to get you to your ultimate desire. You want a restaurant? Start reading some cook books! If you want a big family then start reading those baby books! Once you invest more time and effort in what you really enjoy, you’ll never be unhappy with your life again!
My personal aim is to reach more people with this blog and ultimately improve their life. Bit by bit, article by article, I hope to accomplish just that!
If you’ve got to the end of the longest article I have ever wrote, I want to thank you for spending your time reading it! I hope that seeing this plan through will help you achieve a happier existence! Feel free to share your thoughts in a comment. Your opinions are important to me!

Hi, bodywit.com – da best. Keep it going!
Thanks
Nadine
Well thank you! I intend to keep it up.
Some things in life change, some are ment to be soulbound, slowly burning an endless flame in one’s heart. Try as you might to put out the flame, with 5 steps, 10 steps, a million steps – the result will be the same. Live the present by viewing your future, and learning from your past, things many people forget to do, and end up living in the future witouth having a present, only a burned-down vision of the past.
Very nicely said, but you shouldn’t just give up and be sad forever. Happiness is your choice. It is sometimes very hard, but you have to learn to accept what ever happened, and live with it without being affected by it. Changing how you feel is one of the most hardest things. But living your entire life with a cloud over your head is even harder!
great insight. are you sure you are only 19?
Yup. That’s what my mom tells me…
