- Stabilizes blood glucose levels
- Reduces risk of some cancers
- Detox effects (Toxins pass faster through your system)

Yes! Fiber can be Soluble or Insoluble.
How can I get fiber in my diet?
- Whole grain foods (Switch to brown rice)
- Wheat and corn bran
- Nuts, seeds
- Vegetables: green beans, cauliflower, zucchini, celery, broccoli, carrots
- Fruit: plums, prunes, berries, bananas, pears etc.
How much fiber do I need?
There’s no clear rule about it. All heath institutes set a different amount, but they’re all around 20 grams a day.
