Health effects: The 2-4-6-8 is one of the most dangerous diets out there. Its aim is to confuse the metabolism into burning more calories. You can expect headaches, muscle pains, irritability, dizziness and many other “perks”. Once the diet has been dropped, you can expect to gain massive amounts of weight!
Those who follow this diet also undergo psychological stress. Counting calories all the time is enough to drive anyone crazy!
The 500 calorie diet

There rules of this game are simple: Eat less than 500 calories a day.
Efficiency: Yes, it works. Rapid weight loss guaranteed…
How it works: Well that’s obvious… It’s a starvation diet!
Health effects: Along with excess fat, you lose muscle too. Vital organs are muscles! You can expect that to be an issue, if you know what I mean… You can expect the physical symptoms to be similar to those of the 2-4-6-8 diet.
The 90% fat diet

This is a whole new concept to the word “diet”. On this program you are supposed to eat 1000 calories/day, divided into 5 small meals, 200 calories each. Hold on for this one! The meals should be all fat! Or at least 90% fat! And this diet should last for at least 10 days!
How it works: The body needs carbohydrates for energy, and protein to keep it functioning. And it’s not getting either! The only thing it can do is go into lipolysis, meaning you stop processing what you eat and just use stored fat for energy. It’s similar to the way the Atkins diet works.
What weight loss to expect? About a pound per day. But this diet is only efficient if it’s kept for more than 3-4 days. 10-12 days should so it.
Health effects: I’m sure you can imagine what this diet does to your cholesterol levels! A 12 day version won’t kill you, but it won’t put any color in your chicks either! You can imagine all the vitamins and minerals you’ll be missing out on if you give up the greens altogether!

i easily Loss Weight by just avoiding a high carb and foods high in saturated fats. exercise is also very important in losing weight that is why i did cardio
