Health effects: Cigarettes are highly addictive. You already know that! You already know how it increases the risk of lung cancer, stroke, poor circulations and so on. Not to mention the poor bypassers who have no choice but to inhale your smoke.
But guess what else! On the long run, it can have devastating effects on your weight! The moment you quit, and you will have to quit eventually, you start pilling on the pounds like crazy!
If you practice sports, smoking will reduce your performance. Before long you’ll be grasping for air every time you climb a flight of stairs. What does no physical exercise mean? Weight gain!

i easily Loss Weight by just avoiding a high carb and foods high in saturated fats. exercise is also very important in losing weight that is why i did cardio

If you add 2 tbsp of Spirulina (a vegetable based protein that comes in a green, powdery form and can be purchased at your local health food store) to the master cleanse diet and drink that concoction three times daily for anywhere between 2 and 10 days, your body will have all the supplements and vitamins it needs to function properly without damaging vital organs or causing any severe discomfort such as passing out, etc. The Master Cleanse is a brutal diet (the mixture you have to drink tastes terrible) and yes you will feel terrible for the first 2-3 days depending on the level of toxicity in your body, because as your body purges itself from toxins, those toxic wastes stir up in your body and cause you to feel rotten from it. Imagine a glass of water filled with 3 inches of dirt settled at the bottom of the glass. Then imagine taking a spoon and stirring the dirt so the entire glass looks muddy. That is essentially what is happening to you the first day of the master cleanse. But imagine if you were to strain the dirt from the glass, and wait for the water to srttle. This diet does the same thing but to toxins: flushes them out and clears your system. After the first few days you will not only feel fine, but great! This is actually a very healthful way to rid your body of poisons, cleanse from toxins such as alcohol and caffeine, and you will see and feel a difference in your skin, eyes, hair, even body odor will diminish! I like to do the master cleanse every few months to maintain a less toxic body. My mom is a professional who deals with the aspects of detoxing and eating healthy on a daily basis, and I know from personal experience what to expect from this diet. The weight you lose will be permanent and it will only be toxic weight that is lost. Extreme diet measures are never healthy. Excercise caution and wisdom when trying to achieve weight loss, and do it the right way through eating healthy, portion control, and exercise. Great article.
body for life is a lifestyle chagne, my thing is its great if it works but I wouldn’t go as far to call something like that a lifestyle chagne I mean going from not being a christian to being a christian that would be a lifestyle chagne, going from not being in the army to joining the army would be a lifestyle chagne, Its great if someone can use body for life and become healthier but wouldn’t it be considered a diet?

Eat whatever you want and then drink 2 pints of water quick and then throw uo. I lost 8stone in 5 months! Down side is rotten teeth and tiredness but works a treat
Fasting and staying jacked up on fat burner( hydroxycut, b4 whatever. Theyre all escentially the same product) also chewing prescription pills kills your appetite and makes food taste horrible and overall unapearlling altogether. This along with working out has lost me about 70 pounds in 3 months! I drink 1 lean protien shake per day and that is all. Extreme dieting will deliver extreme results.
I tell myself every night that i’m not eating the next day to cut some calories. I have such a hard time because i do get hungry and i cave in. I don’t work out as much as i should. I just can’t seem to find any motivation. any ideas?
